Return Policy

  • When you shop at www.kalle-boernetoej.com, you always have a 14-day full return policy valid from the day you receive or collect your order.
  • The order must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Kalle Børnetøj & Sko does not cover the shipping costs for returning goods.
  • Return packages can be easily sent back via our return portal, where you can purchase a return label from GLS or PostNord.
  • Return items can also be delivered to our physical store. Please prepare your delivery on the return portal for the fastest handling possible.
  • If you wish to exchange your order for another size or another item without visiting our store, we ask you to return your order and place a new one on www.kalle-boernetoej.com.
  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, Kalle Børnetøj & Sko will, of course, cover these shipping costs.

Return Portal

If you wish to return your purchase in whole or in part, you can now easily return your goods using our return portal.
Via the return portal, you can quickly and easily purchase a return label for your return package or prepare your delivery of return items in the store. After payment, you can choose whether to print your return label or show a QR code at your nearest drop-off point. If you use the return portal for store delivery, there are naturally no costs associated with this.

How to use the return portal:

  1. Open the return portal and enter the order number and email, and follow the instructions.
  2. On the last page, you will be able to download your return document, which contains your return note and return label. Print the document, cut along the dotted lines, and please include the return note in the package.
  3. Pack the item securely so that it is not damaged during transit. The original packaging of the item, such as a shoebox, bag, or box, must not be used as shipping packaging.
  4. Attach the shipping label to the largest flat surface of the package. Ensure that your shipping label is legible and do not cover the barcode with tape. Your package is now ready to be delivered!
  5. As soon as Kalle Børnetøj & Sko receives your return package, we will process it as quickly as possible.

In-store delivery, own return shipment, and exchange of items

As mentioned, it is also possible to return your order or exchange your items in our store on Jægersborg Allé. Please prepare your delivery of return items by using our return portal.
If you wish to exchange your order for another size or another item without visiting our store, we ask you to return your order and place a new one at www.kalle-boernetoej.com.

If you wish to send your return package back to us without using our return portal, you can send your return items to our store. Please include your name, phone number, and order number.

Once your return shipment is received, we will credit you the money through the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for you to receive the money.
